SECTION 10 – PRICING POLICY

All prices displayed on Vestiaire.ro are shown in euros (EUR€) and Romanian lei (RON) to facilitate purchases both domestically and internationally. Prices include VAT and/or other applicable taxes, depending on the selected shipping country. For deliveries within the European Union, products are shipped under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the final price. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, according to our commercial policy.


SECTION 11 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products available on the website are either in stock or can be custom-made within a reasonable time. If the dress is in stock, it will be shipped within 1–5 business days. For made-to-order or hand-embroidered dresses, production time varies between 5 and 20 business days depending on complexity – specific timelines are listed on each product page.

Best-selling items may sell out quickly. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified within 48 hours, and a full refund will be issued. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions about availability or estimated delivery times.


SECTION 12 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer nationwide and international shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on location and order volume. Vestiaire.ro is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers.

Partial deliveries may occur if some items are not immediately available. In such cases, you will be notified. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items for any defects and keep the delivery receipt. If your order is delivered to someone else (e.g., a gift), their signature will be considered proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and automatically calculated at checkout, based on destination. For special delivery requests, our team can provide customized assistance. Vestiaire.ro is not liable for any damage incurred during transit by third-party shipping companies.


SECTION 13 – ADDRESS MODIFICATION

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you notice a mistake after checkout, please contact Customer Support immediately. We will do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee changes, as orders are processed quickly for dispatch.


SECTION 14 – ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. If the items have already been dispatched, we reserve the right to decline cancellation or charge a restocking fee, depending on the situation. Refunds (where applicable) do not include shipping costs, as these are fully covered by the buyer and not a direct service provided by us.
