SECTION 15 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, with all original garment tags still attached, and must arrive in the same condition as delivered. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund may be refused.

Please contact us immediately if any of your items were delivered without the VESTIAIRE tags. Unidentified returns or exchanges may be sent back to the sender.

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized products (including custom designs, sizing, or any alterations) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • In the case of a return or exchange, all shipping costs (including initial shipping, return shipping, and reshipment in case of exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer, not of the company.

Pre-Order Items:

Products purchased under the PRE-ORDER category can be returned within 14 days. However, the value will be converted into STORE CREDIT, issued as a DISCOUNT COUPON, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The store credit:

  • Can be used only once per order on our online shop.

  • Cannot be split across multiple purchases.

  • Must be entered at the checkout/cart page after adding your desired items to the cart.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
